This agreement is a legal contract between you and Ladder VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the VPN and network acceleration application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization, nor may you misuse Ladder VPN trademarks, interface elements, or related materials. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for account and device security and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted components that could affect stability or security.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you may also be bound by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid device bills, data caps, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or local user environments. Use outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges. Roaming fees outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service because of device battery depletion, system restrictions, or third-party network failures is not covered by compensation. Although we work to maintain accurate route status and product information, some data may come from third-party services, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by their changes. The App may release updates to maintain compatibility and security, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in accordance with applicable rules; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, software licenses, or subscription benefits are considered delivered once access is provided, and refund requests are not accepted unless required by law.

Customer Support: If you encounter connection, login, installation, or node issues, contact support first so we can help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: If occasional technical issues affect use, we will try to fix them or provide alternatives, but this does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
